Contraindications
- Pregnancy/breastfeeding (for laser/IPL/PMU).
- Active skin infections, open wounds, recent sunburn or tanning.
- Photosensitising medication, isotretinoin in last 6 months.
- Keloid scarring history — requires extra caution.
- For PMU: eczema/dermatitis in area, recent chemical peels.
Aftercare
- SPF50 daily; avoid sun/sauna/hot yoga for 48h.
- No retinol/exfoliation for 3–5 days post laser/IPL/peel.
- Keep area clean & moisturised; avoid picking.
- PMU lips: balm application as advised; avoid spicy food/alcohol 24h.
